Merry Christmas

The Bend SFR median sale price was nearly unchanged in November when compared to October.  There was a significant decline in the number of sales that looks to be typical for this time of year.  In November, most sales were in the $350k to $400k price range and most listings were in the $400k to $450k price range.
 
Redmond SFR median sale price of $305k is more in line with the overall trend in 2018 after a slight drop in October.  Like the Bend SFR sales data shows, Redmond shows a decline in the number of sales in November.  Most sales in November were in the $250k to $300k price range and most listings were in the $300k to $350k price range.
