Donnie joined the Bratton Appraisal Group in 2006.  Trained by Cal Gabert and Dana Bratton, Donnie specializes in the valuation of residential properties in the tri-county area of Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson Counties.  Currently, Donnie is the owner and manager of the newly formed Beacon Appraisal Group LLC, formerly Bratton Appraisal Group, Redmond.

Donnie serves his clients in a professional manner as an objective appraiser and maintains a high level of integrity, providing a benefit to individual clients and the community as a whole.

Donnie passed the State Certified Residential Appraisal exam in one sitting and his training at Bratton Appraisal Group has allowed him the opportunity to be involved in many complex assignments.  Over the past eight years, he has been able to analyze the Central Oregon real estate market and economic conditions which affect it.  Both his formal education and continuing education have enabled him to apply inferential statistics and economics to better identify and understand the diverse Central Oregon real estate market.  Donnie specializes in the valuation of residential properties in the tri-county area.  He is experienced in estate planning, acreages, single-family residential and residential vacant lot appraisals in Deschutes, Crook & Jefferson Counties.
