Market Trend – July 2019
The July 2019 Beacon Report includes the quarterly figures for the smaller Central Oregon areas. Inventory has ticked up slightly in most areas.
The June 2019 median SFR sale price ($445k) in Bend is near the June 2018 $449k median sale price. Redmond has been experiencing a steady increase in median sale price over the prior three months.
